Terms, Privacy and Refund Policy

Terms of use
1. The service
SigmaPro provides statistical and quality-control tools (process capability, SPC, ANOVA, the 7 QC tools and control charts). Analysis runs in your web browser. You can create an account to download formatted Word reports.
2. Free trial and prices
New accounts get 10 days of free access to report downloads, with a daily download limit. After that, in Pakistan: 200 PKR per file, 1,000 PKR for a monthly pass (1 month) or 10,000 PKR for a yearly pass (1 year). Internationally, in US dollars: Belt, $10 per month (1 seat) and Plant, $90 per month (up to 10 seats). Group plans are quoted individually. USD subscriptions renew every month until you cancel. Passes and subscriptions include unlimited downloads under fair use (up to 100 per month). We may change prices; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
3. Licence: one personal computer
Your access is personal and non-transferable, and is licensed for use on one personal computer. Each seat on a multi-seat plan is one person on one personal computer. The first download registers your computer. You may move the licence to another computer yourself up to two times per calendar year; for more, contact us. Sharing your account, or reselling or redistributing the service or its reports as a service, is not allowed and may lead to the account being suspended without refund.
4. Payments
Pakistan (PKR): you pay by bank or wallet transfer using the QR code on the site, then submit the transaction ID. We verify each payment manually against our account and activate your access, usually within 24 hours. Access starts only after verification. If we cannot match your payment we will tell you by email and you may submit again.
International (USD): subscriptions are paid through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record: it processes your payment, handles applicable sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt. Access is activated automatically after payment. You can cancel at any time using the link in your receipt email; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
5. Your responsibility for results
SigmaPro is a decision-support tool. You are responsible for checking that your data, settings and chosen method are appropriate, and for any decision you make using the results. Results are provided without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, including regulatory, audit or safety-critical use.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass licence or payment controls, overload or attack the service, or submit unlawful material through the feedback form.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Privacy policy
What stays on your computer
Your data files and the analysis are processed in your browser. We do not upload or store your data files.
What we collect
- Account: your email address (used to log in with a one-time code).
- Payments: the amount, plan, date, and the transaction ID and note you enter. We never see your card or banking passwords; payment happens in your own banking app. For USD subscriptions, Lemon Squeezy collects your payment and billing details and shares with us your email, plan and subscription status; we never see your card number.
- Downloads: a record of each report download (type, date) to apply your plan.
- Licence: a random device ID stored in your browser plus a coarse computer signature (platform, number of processor cores, time zone, screen size) to enforce the one-computer rule.
- Report text: when you ask for a Word report, the calculated results text is sent to our server to build the file. It is not stored.
- Feedback: what you write, your optional name and email, and a one-way hash of your network address to limit spam.
Who processes it
We use service providers to run the site: a database and login provider (Supabase), website hosting, an email provider for notices, and a payment provider for international subscriptions (Lemon Squeezy). They process data only to provide those services.
Browser storage and cookies
We store your login session and the device ID in your browser's local storage. We do not use advertising cookies. If we show sponsor banners, they are images hosted on this site, with no third-party tracking.
Retention and your rights
We keep account, payment and download records for as long as needed to run your licence and meet accounting duties. You can ask us to correct or delete your account data, subject to records we must keep, by writing to sigmapro.support@gmail.com.
Refund policy and licence terms
- Files already downloaded: a report is delivered immediately, so a paid file is not refundable once downloaded, unless it is corrupt or fails to open. In that case we will replace it or refund it.
- Passes and subscriptions: a pass or monthly subscription starts when it is activated and is not refundable once started. You can cancel a USD subscription at any time to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Duplicate or wrong payments: refunded in full once we confirm them against our account.
- Failed downloads: if a download fails, you are not charged: a used file credit is returned automatically.
- How: request a refund through the Feedback form on the site (type: Complaint) with your transaction ID (or your Lemon Squeezy order number). Approved refunds are sent to the account the payment came from, usually within 7 working days.
- Licence moves: switching your registered computer is free, two times per calendar year.
